All payments made to Fluxing are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Fluxing offers subscription-based services billed on a recurring basis. Once a billing period has started, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We offer a 15-day free trial with no cost and no credit card required. This trial allows users to evaluate our services before subscribing to a paid plan. No refunds apply to free trial periods.
Certain services may include one-time setup fees, onboarding fees, implementation services or other non-recurring charges. These services involve time, resources and customization, and therefore are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or clear billing errors. Any request related to these situations must be submitted within 7 days of the charge by contacting us at [email protected].
